Established in 1995, Plastikos Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery provides a broad spectrum of plastic and reconstructive care. While we do focus on providing expertise in both medical and surgical management, we also strive to care for the whole patient.  Our goal is to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care while enjoying special attention in a private serene setting.  Our surgeons provide a wealth of expertise and experience.  From additional training to advanced fellowships, our physicians provide the utmost care in consultation and in the operating room. About Our Doctors
Meet our Doctors - Dr. Susan E. Kolb, Dr. Julian Gordon

Susan E. Kolb, M.D.
Dr. Kolb graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her post-graduate education in plastic surgery and general surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Kolb has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1985 and is a founding diplomat of the American Board of Holistic Medicine. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Holistic Medical Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Julian B. Gordon, M.D.
Dr. Gordon graduated from Amherst College and received his medical degree from New York Medical College. He then completed his general surgery training at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City and went on to complete his plastic surgery training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey where he also served as Chief resident. Following his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Gordon did a one-year fellowship in breast and microsurgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. Dr. Gordon was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 2005.

Breast Reduction for Men (Gynecomastia)
This prodcedure can treat enlarged male breasts by removing excess fat, glandular tissue and/or skin.

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
This procedure, also known as a brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that reshapes the under portion of the upper arm, from the armpit (axilla) to the elbow.

Clitoral Unhooding (Clitoral Hood Reduction)
The procedure reduces the excess tissue in order to create a more attractive and youthful look to the area as well as allowing more stimulation to the clitoris.

Hand

This procedure, also knownas an abdominoplasty, removes excess fat and skin, and in most cases repairs weakened or separated abdominal muscles.

Vaginoplasty

Brow (Forehead) Lift
This is a surgical procedure used to correct expression lines or other signs of aging in the forehead.

Cheek Implant
This is a surgical procedure used to build up a person's cheekbones and thus bring a more desired balance to the face.

Chemical Peel
This is a cosmetic, chemical treatment that stimulates cell exfoliation and collagen and elastin production to help lessen the appearance of blemishes, sun damage, age spots, light scarring, fine lines and wrinkles and gives new life to damaged skin.

Chin Augmentation

Dermabrasion
This is a cosmetic medical procedure in which the surface of the epidermis of the skin (the stratum corneum) is removed by abrasion (sanding). It is used to remove sun-damaged skin and to remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin and used for improvement of acne scarring.

Ear Surgery (Otoplasty or ear pinning)
This a surgical procedure that corrects the size or placement of an individual's ears.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
This is a surgical procedure designed to improve the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both, restoring firmness to the area surrounding the eyes and making you look more rested and alert.

Face and Neck Lift
This is a surgical procedure to improve visible signs of aging in the face and neck, such as sagging in the midface, deep creases between the nose and mouth, fat that has fallen or is displaced in the cheeks, loss of muscle tone in the lower face that may create jowls or loose skin and excess fatty deposits under the chin and jaw

Facial Liposuction
This removes excess fatty tissue in the face and below the chin and can help tighten skin in treated areas.

Facial Rejuvenation
This can be treated non-surgically or surgically. Non-surgical options include
