Brow Lift: Also know as a forehead lift this surgical procedure can be accomplished through a more traditional “open” approach or the newer “endoscopic” approach. Cheek Implant or Midface Lift: Sunken cheeks are often a consequence of age. As we age the nor mal cheek pad descends and can assume a position that is less youthful. This can be corrected surgically with either an implant or with your own tissues. Alternatively one can use injectables as described later on this page. Chemical Peels: Offered through our own Medispa chemical peels are a wonderful method to help resurface aged or weathered skin. It can help bring about some tightening of the skin too. Chin Augmentation: Traditionally people with a sunken chin had to undergo a large surgical procedure advancing their jaw bone to correct their appearance. Luckily, we can place an implant to create the appearance of a more symmetric and pleasing chin. Alternatively, this can be accomplished non-surgically with injectables. Facial Liposuction: There are times when areas of our face accumulate more fat than we would like. From the jowl areas to the “turkey neck” these areas can sometimes be effectively treated and contoured with liposuction. Nose Contouring: Also known as rhinoplasty, this procedure can vary from nasal tip definition to full correction of a dorsal “hump.” While contouring, the external appearance of the nose surgery can also be done to correct breathing abnormalities from a deviated septum or other internal derangements.
